Hjemmelagde Müslibars

Her går det mye på smak og behag, men denne gangen brukte jeg følgende:

2 1/2 dl havregryn
2 dl kokos
1 dl sesamfrø
1 dl kruskakli eller hvetekim
1 dl solsikkefrø
1/2 dl linfrø
2 dl rosiner
200 gr. smør
1 dl honning
1 dl brunt sukker


Rist alt det tørre, untatt rosiner, i en tørr stekepanne. Blandingen skal bli litt gyllen.
Hell alt over i en bolle og avkjøl. Bland i rosiner. Smelt sammen smør, honning og brunt sukker i en kasserolle. Smelt over svak varme til sukkeret er oppløst. Kokes i 5 min. Hell sukkerblandingen ove det tørre og bland godt til en jevn masse. Trykkes ned i en liten langpanne med bakepapir. Avkjøl i kjøleskap og skjær i stenger eller firkanter.
